About Bluestem Community Credit Union

Bluestem Community Credit Union was established in 1935.  It is a non-profit, member-owned and operated financial cooperative service provider.  We serve our member-owners through checking and savings plans and a variety of loan products.

Because we are a credit union, we are member owned, that means our only purpose is to serve our members.  We return our profits directly to you in the form of more favorable rates and lower service charges.

Your deposits with Bluestem Community Credit Union are insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. government agency.

Membership is open to everyone who lives, works or worships in Butler County.

• Loans - As a member you can choose from a variety of loan programs to suite your needs.
• Visa Credit Card - There is no annual fee on our Visa card and you have a 25-day, no interest grace period after you make a purchase.
• Savings Accounts - Regular Share Account; Youth Accounts; Certificate Programs
• Checking Accounts - We offer interest bearing and non-interest bearing checking accounts.
• Club Accounts - A good idea is a planned savings program designed for special occasions.
• Money Market Checking - With our money market accounts, your money earns the interest of an investment without getting tied down.
• IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) - We have an IRA program you can invest in to shelter and tax-defer your earned income.
